Flexibility is built into the Sweetwater experience. Choose the closing location that works best for you—our office, your home or office, or another convenient location.
Based in Warrenton and primarily serving Northern Virginia, we offer mobile closing options throughout Virginia and can coordinate closings anywhere in the United States when transaction parties are located outside the area.
For eligible transactions, Remote Online Notarization (RON) provides another convenient option, allowing documents to be signed securely online from virtually anywhere.
