Where We Close
At Sweetwater Title Co., flexibility is built into the process. Closings can take place at your home, office, or another location that best fits your needs.
When a private or neutral setting is preferred, we can arrange closings at professional or virtual office suites throughout Virginia—and, when appropriate, beyond the state.
We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) e-signings for eligible transactions, including many seller, cash buyer, and select lender scenarios.
